Experience & Qualifications Required - Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. - Minimum 3 years of clinical experience. - Hold a current, active PSY, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in the state of employment. - Additional training in short-term, solution-focused therapy is a plus. - Certification in suicide risk assessment (e.g., SafeTALK, ASIST) desired. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Strong data management and administrative skills. - Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
