POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Account Manager – Existing Business to strategically manage and grow our installed base of clients and partners in Spain. The ideal candidate will ensure predictable growth, structured account expansion, and sustainable renewals, working closely with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team. As the commercial owner of the account, this role requires a strong strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and discipline in executing the full commercial cycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Define and execute the commercial strategy for assigned accounts. - Drive growth within the installed base (upsell, cross-sell, upgrades). - Lead contract renewals and protect recurring revenue. - Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers. - Manage the full opportunity lifecycle: identification → proposal → negotiation → closure. - Collaborate with CSMs, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and other teams for account alignment. - Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records with discipline and transparency. - Represent Broadvoice at client meetings, events, and industry initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales, preferably in SaaS, telecommunications, or contact center environments. - Proven track record in managing strategic accounts and driving expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals. - Strong negotiation and executive communication skills. - Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans. - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and strict pipeline management discipline. - Fluency in Spanish and English. - Availability for occasional travel to client meetings, industry events, and trade shows. - Strong business acumen, market vision, and ability to collaborate across teams.
