The role You own the casino. Games, players, payments, risk, support — all of it. When something breaks, you fix it. When something leaks, you find it. When players hit problems, you solve them. This is a hands-on role. You execute first, delegate later. If you're looking for a team to manage from day one, this isn't it. What you'll do - Run day-to-day casino operations end-to-end - Oversee game launches, RTP configs, limits, and availability - Monitor performance — GGR, hold, player behaviour, anomalies - Own payments and withdrawals — smooth processing, fast resolution - Work risk and fraud tools to catch abuse, exploitation, and suspicious activity - Manage player escalations, disputes, and edge cases - Keep promotions implemented correctly and performing as intended - Be the main point of contact with platform providers and key vendors - Write the SOPs, maintain the controls, plug the revenue leaks What you'll need - Hands-on casino backoffice experience — SoftGamings, EveryMatrix, Pragmatic Hub, or similar - Direct experience with RTP configs, promo mechanics, withdrawals, and stuck payments - Comfortable with crypto payments and tools - Startup or lean iGaming experience — not just Tier-1 regulated environments - High attention to detail, ownership mindset, no hand-holding required Come run something pure.

Role Description The Senior Manager, Maintenance and Automation is responsible for supporting the maintenance and overall upkeep of facility operations across the network, including logistics and manufacturing automation, grounds, building systems, and material handling equipment (MHE). This role ensures safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations by building and supporting skilled maintenance teams, monitoring preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards. Work Location: Remote role with frequent travel to various sites. Candidates located in the Chicago or Atlanta areas are preferred. Work Schedule: First shift, Monday through Friday with the ability to work outside of scheduled hours based on business needs. Travel: Up to 70% domestic travel, including travel between our US sites as needed. This is non-negotiable. Compensation: Attractive annual salary range of $120,000 – $140,000, plus a performance-based bonus.
