IMPaCT Care

• Deliver virtual trainings to Community Health Workers from organizations all across the country • Deliver virtual trainings to program leaders and stakeholders • Travel to different organizations across the country to provide on-site, elbow-to-elbow support with program launches and to provide ongoing training and development for established programs • Conduct on-site visits to Community Health Worker organizations to assess fidelity to the evidence-based IMPaCT model • Develop excellent stories that demonstrate the impact of CHWs • Develop and facilitate engaging custom workshops and provide troubleshooting to partner organizations • Deliver training using existing curricula that supports an evidence-based intervention • Direct training logistics, including registration management and scheduling • Provide administrative support for certification approval applications
