Role Description As a Consultant in our Reporting and Disclosure team, you will be highly client-focused, supporting projects which allow organizations to communicate their progress on sustainability. This will include: - Gathering, synthesis and informed analysis of project inputs - Preparing deliverables and supporting client meetings - Being a proficient writer with a desire to develop this skill further In most project engagements, you will be supported by a more experienced senior as the project lead. Alongside this, many in our team contribute to our long-term growth through helping the team with business development and marketing opportunities. As a Consultant you will typically be line managed by a Principal Consultant or an Associate Director. While you will not always be working on projects with your line manager, their role is to help guide, support and manage your performance and growth in Anthesis. • Performs day-to-day administration of the database server including maintenance, and configuration. • Performs troubleshooting and resolution management • Provides support for advanced user jobs and analytics • Should be able to Write SQL queries for ad-hoc exports • Should be able to support existing integration which include technical objects like Procedure and packages • Need to complete regular activities like creating new schema, replicating schema, replicating Data for different financial years. • Performing SQL performance tuning across application.

• Perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers • Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.) • Be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers • Provide active travel consultation, including travel details and upselling related products • Expertly use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Guide customers on travel policy and provide consultation • Fulfill requests regarding necessary travel regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) • Maintain knowledge of the various travel industries supported

• Assist client’s in defining their business requirements. • Support clients with their business issues and business improvements • Utilise your skills to perform gap analysis between customer’s requirements and the capabilities of the TechnologyOne software. • Assess, strategize, and manage deployments within the business applications team. • Design, Implement and deliver solutions to help optimise their business functions and enhance their experiences. • Create change requests where enhancements are required. • Work with resources to ensure the client is maximizing the value from the system. • Help our clients to Simplify, Optimize and Modernize their business applications. • Undertake an active involvement in the development of the product reference databases and identify and document potential internal developments to the TechnologyOne software. • Contribute to the enhancement of in-house delivery methodologies.
