• Lead multiple strategic projects: coordinate stakeholders (Sales Ops & Success Ops, Sales teams & Sales Managers, Product Managers & Salesforce developers…) to prioritize and deploy the most strategic initiatives. • Understand and monitor performance: select the right KPIs for different growth levers, analyze performance, identify insights and opportunities, then communicate them and turn them into concrete action plans. • Contribute to defining the commercial strategy: spend time in the field to develop a deep understanding of the Sales teams’ daily activities and business collaboration dynamics. • Ensure adoption and day-to-day support of the tools and processes used by the Sales team: optimize configuration, provide training, drive continuous improvement and change management in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience with experience in a tech scale-up, ideally in a multi-channel environment with strong indirect growth.
- Master the full project management cycle: problem framing and analysis, scope definition, prioritization, planning, progress tracking, stakeholder coordination, change management and communication.
- Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset: anticipate, be hands-on and take strategic perspective when needed.
- Be able to break down a complex problem into actionable sub-problems, with method and rigor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex topics and engage diverse stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Strong analytical skills: proficiency in SQL basics (more advanced expertise is a plus).
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Demonstrate genuine curiosity for tools and AI.
