Senior Solutions Architect
LaunchDarkly
• Leverage deep technical expertise and a consultative approach to understand customer needs, gather detailed requirements, and influence key decisions that drive successful outcomes. • Lead Professional Services engagements designed to optimize our clients’ software delivery processes, aligning their strategies with industry best practices for improved efficiency and innovation. • Provide guidance on software development best practices, advising customers on how to harness LaunchDarkly to accelerate software delivery while minimizing risk and enhancing quality. • Foster a robust technical partnership between LaunchDarkly and its customers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing value across all touchpoints. • Identify and resolve technical obstacles that hinder value realization, enabling customers to achieve their objectives more effectively. • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on LaunchDarkly, continuously evolving your knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends. • Act as a key advocate for customers, synthesizing and conveying their feedback to Product and Engineering teams, driving the development of solutions that support both customer success and company objectives.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software
- hands-on technical background with a consultative approach
- expertise in implementing the full software development lifecycle with multiple years of experience in an enterprise environment
- experience developing in at least one of our supported languages: Java, .NET, Go, JS, Python, PHP, NodeJS, Ruby, Rails, iOS, or Android
- able to guide customers and teammates in implementation of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices
- delivered on teams through development process transformation
- learn and synthesize large amounts of information and are adept at acquiring the context you need to make prescriptive recommendations to our customers
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, but the discipline and focus to know where you attention is most needed
- experience with experimentation and mobile
- served as a consultant for customers in the past
- performed in both a pre-sales and post-sales capacity
- experience with LaunchDarkly or other feature management platforms
- worked with the services of one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- worked with Linux, Containers, and Virtual Machines.
