• Own Muvr’s data strategy across analytics, reporting, and governance • Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership and operating teams • Implement data quality checks and improve reliability • Partner with Engineering to improve pipelines and data architecture • Support Product and Ops with deep dives and insights for marketplace optimization • Mentor analysts and data contributors as the function grows
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, data management, or closely related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling, with ability to design clean, scalable schemas
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Proven ability to translate business needs into measurable metrics and dashboards
- Strong operational rigor: documentation, ownership, and reliability mindset
