Performance Marketing Manager

• Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and display marketing to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. • SEO & SEM Management: Optimize search engine marketing (Google Ads, etc.) and organic search performance to enhance visibility and drive traffic. • Paid Social & Retargeting: Manage and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and remarketing efforts to improve engagement and conversion rates. • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools, ensuring continuous optimization. • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Develop A/B testing strategies for landing pages, ads, and website elements to maximize conversions. • Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with content, product, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies to refine strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing & Communications, or a related area of study.
- 2 + years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, preferably within an e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-driven platform.
- Strong expertise in paid media, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in a startup or the venture capital space is a plus.
- Excellent level of spoken and written English is a MUST.
- Passion for luxury watches and the broader collector ecosystem is a plus.
