About the job: The Red Hat IT Training team is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst. In this role, you will serve as a key member of the IT Training and Certification Platforms team working on Red Hat Training’s eCommerce and Learning Portals. You will analyze complex issues and work with business stakeholders to develop technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an enterprise organization utilizing Agile/Scrum methodology via Jira. Relationship building is crucial for this role and you will need to be comfortable working independently to ensure the business feels they are heard. What you will do? - 5+ years experience working as business systems analyst in full project management lifecycles for software development, implementation, and maintenance projects. - Demonstrated success in learning new technologies. - Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. - Ability to manage multiple application requirements simultaneously. - Experience defining and maintaining business/technical strategies and roadmaps. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Experience working on agile development teams (Scrum, Kanban). - Experience using Jira or similar project management tools. - Relevant certifications, such as PMP or Six Sigma, are a plus.
