Tasks: The successful candidate responsibilities will include: - Responding promptly to helpdesk tickets; - Providing operational support for issues related to Azure cloud applications; - Handling daily ad hoc requests and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor; - Supporting DevOps-related tasks.
Job Requirements
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely from an EU Member State;
- Availability for night and weekend on-call shifts. (On-call basis: the engineer is contacted only if a ticket is raised);
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies;
- Freelance and part-time engagement options are supported.
