Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on high-volume, inbound sales.
  • Strong communication and people skills—you know how to build rapport and close deals.
  • You’re organized—you manage multiple customers at different sales stages with ease.
  • A results-driven mindset: you set goals and work hard to exceed them.
  • Adaptability and resilience—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fintech and eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends. Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B Banking startups is beneficial
  • Must-have: fluent English (Additionnal languages are helpful, especially Italian, French, German and Spanish).
