• Help shape our global health and wellbeing product by applying hands-on UX design and product thinking skills. • Create end-state UI along with strategic artifacts including task flows, wireframes, and concepts. • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and researchers, content strategists, and other specialists in a highly collaborative agile environment. • Engage in discussions about how parts of a system influence the whole. • Produce consistent, high-quality experiences while communicating with cross-functional partners. • Recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and provide development for other roles of interest.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Design and/or product-oriented UX roles on cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous domain experience in Healthcare, Public Health, Wellbeing, and/or Fitness preferred
- Fluency in user-centered design methodology, design thinking and workshop facilitation – and you’re always looking to improve and grow
- Well-versed in Figma, Jira, and other operational tools and systems
- Generalist UX chops with expertise in visual and interaction design
- Excellent written and spoken communicator able to present design decisions in a clear and compelling way
- A deep appreciation and talent for simple solutions to complex problems
- Adept and nimble at learning new domains, technologies, and processes
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment, while also leading process improvement efforts
- Demonstrated experience designing scalable patterns and components, including creating and maintaining complex design systems preferred
- Demonstrated experience in driving accessibility standards preferred
- Experience in building admin tools preferred
- Experience in data-oriented products and data visualization preferred
- Experience with game design and/or loyalty programs preferred

What You'll Deliver**In your first 6-12 months:** - Unified Design System: Launch a scalable, AI-ready design system that ensures consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints (product, brand, and marketing). - Brand and Web Creative Direction: Partner with Marketing and establish a creative direction and visual standards for all marketing campaigns, brand assets, and the Bizee corporate website, ensuring they align with the core product design system. - Onboarding UX Re-architecture: Partner with Product to redesign the post-purchase experience, ensuring high adoption and a measurable reduction in early churn. - Member Center Experience: Lead the design of a proactive "Member Center" that empowers entrepreneurs to manage their services and recognize value easily. - Continuous UX Optimization: Partner with Platform Engineering to run weekly A/B tests on UI elements, onboarding flows, and in-app support triggers. - Customer Sentiment Design: Integrate design-led feedback loops (CSAT/NPS) into the product experience to ensure we are meeting the psychological needs of our users. - AI-Driven Interface Patterns: Deploy new design patterns for interacting with AI-powered features, increasing long-term engagement and trust.
