Job Description

Technical Support Engineer

Junction

• Support customers with API related issues • Debugging issues coming through from customers • Writing technical documentation to help reduce inbound queries • Supporting customers during their journey from introduction calls to onboarding setups • Working closely with operations team, product engineers, and sales to enhance customer experience

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years scripting/debugging experience
  • Familiar with Python and have written scripts / debugged issues
  • Clear and understandable written and verbal communication for technical concepts
  • Enjoy solving complex technical puzzles
  • Thrive in fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environments
  • Passionate about building a product that positively impacts society
