Job Description
Technical Support Engineer
Junction
• Support customers with API related issues • Debugging issues coming through from customers • Writing technical documentation to help reduce inbound queries • Supporting customers during their journey from introduction calls to onboarding setups • Working closely with operations team, product engineers, and sales to enhance customer experience
Job Requirements
- 2+ years scripting/debugging experience
- Familiar with Python and have written scripts / debugged issues
- Clear and understandable written and verbal communication for technical concepts
- Enjoy solving complex technical puzzles
- Thrive in fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environments
- Passionate about building a product that positively impacts society
