Role Overview This role is focused on supporting project management activities within the Quality organization, with a strong emphasis on initiatives related to Supply Chain and Logistics. You will play a key role in ensuring effective coordination, governance, and execution of ongoing projects. YOU WILL - Support project management activities within the Quality organization, particularly across Supply Chain and Logistics-focused markets - Contribute to the development and maintenance of project roadmaps, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of initiatives - Ensure strong project governance by tracking progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies - Guide key actions and deliverables to ensure timely and effective project execution - Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive resolution of potential issues - Perform administrative and coordination tasks, including: - Updating project objectives and maintaining the master plan - Consolidating key data and insights for internal reporting - Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with strategic priorities - Support cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams - Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within project delivery
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within an international environment
- Background in Operations, Quality, Logistics, or Supply Chain (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across multiple levels of the organization
- Experience in coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and support decision-making
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on execution and results
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a strong advantage
- Fluent English (international stakeholder environment)

Required Skills and Qualifications - A minimum of 5 years of construction management experience including a thorough knowledge of construction industry practices, methods, processes, and standards and their impact on project activities in a heavy civil environment. - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or Project Management; an advanced degree is a plus (In lieu of a degree, extensive experience in the military, railroad/construction, or related field will be considered) - Demonstrates a working knowledge of basic project accounting, project controls (cost, schedule, change management, etc.), material management, contract management, subcontract management, safety, and quality. - Exhibits strong management skills and can lead and motivate employees. - Track record of successfully executing projects on schedule and within budget. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Strong client relations, influencing skills and organizational skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
