Deine Aufgaben - Du analysierst und verstehst die Anforderungen, Wünsche und Fachverfahren unserer Stakeholder in Bezug auf unser Produktportfolio - Du bist verantwortlich für die Analyse dieser Produktanforderungen und die Ausarbeitung detaillierter Anforderungen für die Entwicklungsteams - Du verantwortest die Abstimmungen mit den verschiedenen Stakeholdern (z.B. Kundenbasis, Vertrieb, Product Owner, Entwicklung, BSI) - Du führst Machbarkeitsanalysen und beteiligst Dich an Umsetzungskonzepten - Du klärst technische Anfragen mit den Product Ownern und Entwicklungsteams - Du erstellst Epics und User Stories - Du unterstützt bei der Aufwandsabschätzung durch Überwachung der Anforderungen - Du unterstützt und steuerst (Teil-)Projekte im Rahmen der Initiierungs- und Designphasen - Du bist verantwortlich für die Mitarbeit / Moderation / Durchführung von Featurepräsentationen, Schulungen und Wissenstransfer in alle Hierachieebenen - Du führst regelmäßige Kundengespräche und verantwortest ihr Anforderungsmanagement Dein Profil - Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Physik, Mathematik o.Ä. oder eine technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung - Du hast mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering und Projektmanagement nach gängigen Standards - Du hast ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis im Rahmen der Softwareentwicklung und von Architekturen und Softwarelösungen - Du hast ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie exzellente Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift - Du hast Interesse an der Arbeit mit heterogenen Stakeholdergruppen (Wirtschaft, Behörden, KRITIS) und den daraus folgenden Herausforderungen - Du hast eine Teamplayer-Mentalität und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für die wesentlichen Dinge zum richtigen Zeitpunkt und bist in der Lage, kritische Pfade zu identifizieren - Du bist sicher in Kommunikation und Auftritt - Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise mit Atlassian Jira und Atlassian Confluence - Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und fließend Englisch Warum wir? - Wir haben eine hochentwickelte Systemlösung und App für sicheres mobiles Arbeiten, die auch für "VS-NfD"-Verschlusssachen bei Behörden und staatlichen Einrichtungen zugelassen ist. • Lead application engineering efforts for renewable energy technologies, providing critical insights and recommendations. • Lead the development, configuration and maintenance of new HMIs and data models visualizations. • Collaborate with the team to analyze and manage data from renewable energy technologies, providing valuable insights and recommendations. • Play a key role in engaging with customers to gather specifications for for configuration of the applications. • Utilize Python, SQL and Excel to expertly process and perform applications configuration. • Effectively identify networking or similar issues and inform technical stakeholders suggesting solutions. • Execute detailed technical project documentation analysis, organization and preparation. • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices through proactive research and curiosity.

Role Description - Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark (PySpark) on Databricks. You will build solutions, not just run scripts. - Optimization: Analyze and optimize complex Spark jobs for performance and cost (partitioning, z-ordering, Photon engine utilization). - Modernization: Migrate legacy data warehouses to the Lakehouse architecture using Delta Lake. - Standards: Enforce high code quality standards through rigorous code reviews and CI/CD implementation (Databricks Asset Bundles). - Mentorship: Share knowledge with the team and act as a technical advisor for clients. Qualifications - 5+ years in Data Engineering with a strong focus on distributed systems. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Databricks platform. - Production experience with Azure (ADLS Gen2, ADF) or AWS (S3, Glue). - Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL. - Experience with Unity Catalog implementation. - Fluent English (C1+) is mandatory for direct client collaboration. Requirements - Experience building data applications using Databricks Apps. - Familiarity with Delta Live Tables (DLT). - Databricks Certifications (Data Engineer Professional). - Experience with dbt.
