Role Description - Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark (PySpark) on Databricks. You will build solutions, not just run scripts. - Optimization: Analyze and optimize complex Spark jobs for performance and cost (partitioning, z-ordering, Photon engine utilization). - Modernization: Migrate legacy data warehouses to the Lakehouse architecture using Delta Lake. - Standards: Enforce high code quality standards through rigorous code reviews and CI/CD implementation (Databricks Asset Bundles). - Mentorship: Share knowledge with the team and act as a technical advisor for clients. Qualifications - 5+ years in Data Engineering with a strong focus on distributed systems. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Databricks platform. - Production experience with Azure (ADLS Gen2, ADF) or AWS (S3, Glue). - Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL. - Experience with Unity Catalog implementation. - Fluent English (C1+) is mandatory for direct client collaboration. Requirements - Experience building data applications using Databricks Apps. - Familiarity with Delta Live Tables (DLT). - Databricks Certifications (Data Engineer Professional). - Experience with dbt. • Create the master schedule and detailed project schedule • Prepare the planning assumptions note • Identify the project's critical and near-critical paths • Participate in project steering meetings • Update the schedule with stakeholders

- Write, update, and maintain technical requirements for the Infotainment subsystem (and Cabin Thermal & Safety, as applicable) throughout production phases. - Conduct requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews and workshops. - Utilize IBM DOORS for requirements management and traceability. - Perform system requirements analysis using established engineering methodologies. - Collaborate in the design and development of infotainment hardware and software systems. - Support system modeling and architecture activities. - Act as the key link between Design & Release Engineers (DREs) and System Architects. - Work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure correct hardware–software integration. - Identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and software system failures. - Apply diagnostic tools to detect and address technical issues. - Use IBM Engineering Workflow Management (RTC) and JIRA to manage workflows, tasks, and issue tracking. - Contribute to the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for infotainment components. - Conduct thorough testing to validate system functionality and reliability. - Perform DFMEA to identify and mitigate potential design risks. - Create and maintain detailed records of diagnosed issues, implemented solutions, and established requirements. - Prepare and update technical documentation, including specifications and reports.
