Role Description Als Head of Marketing & Performance Marketing übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere gesamte Marketingstrategie. Du führst das Team, entwickelst klare Strukturen und Prozesse und sorgst dafür, dass aus guten Ideen messbare Ergebnisse werden. Für dich gehören Markenaufbau und Performance zusammen. Du denkst ganzheitlich und liebst es, wenn Ästhetik auf Zahlen trifft. Du hast Lust, drink&paint strategisch auf das nächste Level zu heben – mit dem Blick fürs große Ganze, einem sicheren Gespür für Branding und Zahlen, die performen. - Verantwortung für den gesamten Marketingbereich von Performance über Content bis Community. - Entwicklung von Strategien, Setzen von Prioritäten und Halten des roten Fadens. - Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Paid Social, besonders auf Meta. - Effektives Aufsetzen, kontinuierliche Optimierung und systematisches Skalieren von Kampagnen. - Führung des bestehenden Teams und Ausbau mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Stärken und Weiterentwicklung. - Ganzheitliches Denken der Marke vom ersten Touchpoint bis zur langfristigen Markenbindung mit Fokus auf Brand & Storytelling. - Leidenschaft für Zahlen, Dashboards, Hypothesentests, Funnel-Optimierung und Ableitung wirkungsvoller Maßnahmen. Qualifications - Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise in einem Startup oder einer Agentur. - Fundierte Performance Marketing Expertise, insbesondere in Meta. - Team Lead Erfahrung: bereits ein Marketingteam geführt und weiterentwickelt. - Markenverständnis: Liebe zu starken Marken, gutem Design, klarer Sprache und deren konsistenter Zusammenbringung. - Analytisches Denken, sicherer Umgang mit KPIs, Tools & Budgetsteuerung. - Drive, Herausforderungen anzupacken, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Lust auf Verantwortung.
