• Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Ownership • Build, maintain and continuously optimize lead capture, qualification and nurturing flows for different target segments • Ownership of scalable lifecycle programs across the entire B2B funnel • Lead & Funnel Management • Implement and optimize lead capture processes (CTAs, forms, landing pages) • Evolve lifecycle stages and lead scoring models • Manage automated lead routing including CRM synchronization and internal notifications • Continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates and time-to-MQL • Campaigns & Nurturing • Design, launch and optimize scalable nurture programs for SMB and enterprise segments • Operational responsibility for live campaigns including QA, monitoring and troubleshooting • Define target segments, triggers and workflow logic • Close collaboration with Performance Marketing, Content, ABM and RevOps • Data, Tracking & Compliance • Ensure clean tracking and attribution standards • Manage email consent, preferences, deliverability and GDPR-compliant processes

You will provide expert input into technical design and software architecture and offer mentorship to colleagues through peer review and ongoing guidance.

• Assist in developing and redesigning websites with a focus on responsiveness, usability, and performance. • Work closely with designers and developers to optimize websites for SEO, speed, and scalability. • Create wireframes and sitemaps to streamline website structure and enhance user experience (UX). • Implement front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks while assisting with back-end functionality. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improved website performance and design strategies. • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless website functionality. • Follow industry best practices in clean coding, version control, and responsive web design.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of websites covering both front-end and back-end components. • Work closely with the development team to ensure websites are responsive, scalable, and performance-optimized. • Support the creation of wireframes, layouts, and basic UX structures during project planning. • Help implement interactive user interfaces and assist with backend functionality as required. • Participate in project discussions, planning sessions, and development reviews. • Assist with testing, debugging, and maintaining website quality and functionality. • Follow clean coding practices, version control workflows, and standard development guidelines.
