• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets • Build page navigation buttons and search fields • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback • Create style standards of fonts, colors and images

• Manage the Design Systems: Continually improve Luna’s mobile and internal Web application design systems to ensure consistent, accessible, and intuitive UX. • Conduct User Research: Conduct ongoing user research, including interviews and usability testing, and document findings to guide feature planning and enhancements. • Plan and Design Features: Collaborate with Product Managers to define user needs, establish feature requirements, and create and iterate on designs, primarily for Luna’s mobile applications but also the company’s internal Web applications. • Support Engineering: Closely work with Engineering to ensure a smooth handoff of the designs and efficient implementation of them.

• Design polished, user-friendly interfaces that align with Okendo’s design system and brand • Lead and execute end-to-end design processes: discovery, research, wire-framing, prototyping, testing, visual design, and handover • Conduct user testing and integrate feedback into product decisions • Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of your designs • Help evolve and scale our design systems, patterns, and processes • Collaborate cross-functionally across product, engineering, marketing, and customer success • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, design excellence, and user empathy • Utilise Ai tools like claude, chat gpt, vercel V0, loveable to increase efficiencies in your design process, like early ideas prototyped for fast validation

• Criar interfaces (UI) e jornadas de usuário (UX) intuitivas para plataformas de jogos e sistemas de criptomoedas. • Elaborar protótipos de alta fidelidade e sistemas de design (Design Systems) escaláveis. • Potencializar a criação através de IA (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Relume, etc.) para geração de componentes visuais e otimização de fluxos. • Colaborar com o time de desenvolvimento (Node.js) para garantir a fidelidade da implementação.
