Job Requirements

  • 7+ yrs work experience building scalable, distributed backend systems
  • Experience with Java, JVM
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Experience working for an early stage startup
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or the equivalent experience
  • Solid coding practices including writing technical specifications, peer code review, and testing (e.g. unit, integration, end-to-end)
  • Experience with Agile development
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-awareness, a positive “get it done” attitude and empathy
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation concepts
  • Passionate about building great products and innovating in the fintech space
