Job Description

Support Analyst III

TekniPlex

• Participate in LN implementation efforts (Finance) including process mapping, training key users, preparing training material, guides, go-live activities, and providing project manager with status and potential risks • Collaborate on financial integration document types mapping • Collaborate on end-user support, resolving user-reported issues • Develop Knowledge Base Articles & Work Instructions/User Guides • Facilitate and conduct user training sessions • Work with business to translate needs and work with cross-functional teams, developers, and testers to design, develop, and test new solutions • Work proactively to improve current processes and drive down user support issues • Knowledge sharing with peers & training team members to strengthen the Support Team • Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager • Coordinate and manage minor projects

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of troubleshooting experience in LN Finance and manufacturing functional areas
  • Advanced knowledge in Finance modules (ACP, ACR, and Cost Accounting), General Ledger, databases, Master Data, Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing
  • Technical and functional experience in ERP LN Finance modules, LN Database, defining interfaces between different versions of LN (10.4, Cloud suite, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work with business users to collect and document business requirements
  • Strong IT Computer Science background and Financial/Accounting knowledge
  • Ability to understand and map financial integrations document types in the Mapping Scheme
  • Requires Good Coordination and Communication skills within IT and Business teams
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and manage minor projects
  • Work experience in a manufacturing environment.
