Clinical Specialist – Plains & Mountains Region
Verathon
• Partner with Field Sales to provide technical and clinical support for customer appointments, product demonstrations, and evaluations. • Maintain customer relationships by providing ongoing support and follow-up across various hospitals and hospital departments. • Attend patient cases and procedures and advise physicians and clinical teams on our airway and respiratory product line's clinical workflow, benefits, and applications. • Answer various questions regarding clinical airway and respiratory applications and disease processes. • Provide subject matter expertise in product and clinical, technical competencies. • Stay current on current market trends, competitive product offerings, and alternative clinical methods and educate their team members on them. • Achieve and Exceed Region Revenue Targets by generating a high volume of sales activity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum 2 years related clinical experience.
- Related clinical experience in a hospital setting as a certified or registered respiratory therapist or 2+ years of industry clinical sales support required.
- Clinical experience and technical knowledge of airway management and bronchoscopy devices are required either as an industry clinical representative or hospital staff member.
- Must reside within the greater Denver area.
- Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license.
- Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine).
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
- Up to 80% of overnight travel is required within the assigned geographical multi-state region (CO, NM, OK, KS, NE, MO, WY, ND, SD).

• Provide scientific and/or clinical presentations on Natera’s Organ Health division focused on genetics of Chronic Kidney Disease in support of Renasight and donor-derived cell free DNA (Prospera) to general nephrology providers. • Address the specific needs of customers by responding to requests for information about our marketed and developing products. • Serve as a medical and scientific resource for the Natera Sales and Marketing teams. Develop, maintain, and manage interactions with Key Opinion Leaders (“KOLs”) from the transplant and genetics communities as well as other relevant healthcare professionals. • Result review and clinical support for ordering clinicians and their teams as requested or indicated for individual samples or aggregate results. • Develop educational materials for healthcare providers and patients. • This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have an access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job. • Employees must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire. • Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements. • Employees must pass a post-offer criminal background check. • Performs other duties as assigned.
