• Familiarity or experience with front-end frameworks such as React • Ability to draw/create wireframes to map out user experience • Artistic and strong sense of design • Familiarity with CSS, Javascript, and Bootstrap to help design front-end of web applications • Implement websites in CMS including WordPress and other front-end frameworks

• Design web assets and pages that fit in our brand identity guidelines • Support marketing and customer experience team with new creative concepts and designs • Build and maintain various web pages, landing pages, and related digital assets • Work closely with user experience designers on the product team to ensure consistency across all customer channels

Activities primarily focus on designing visual frameworks and responsive user interfaces. This covers all areas of digital and interactive design ranging from low fidelity wireframes to full scale visual systems and everything in between.

• Design and build a clean, user-friendly website that includes: A portfolio-style showcase of rental properties, categories for different rental types, a lead capture system for potential renters, mobile-friendly and responsive design • Create a clean, modern layout that highlights property listings • Implement lead capture forms for rental inquiries, corporate housing requests, and integrate contact forms that send leads directly to the broker • Optimize website for search engines (SEO) and ensure fast loading speed
