• Designsprache entwickeln & umsetzen: Du baust auf unserem bestehenden Branding auf, entwickelst es weiter zu einem durchgängigen visuellen System und setzt es konsequent über alle Touchpoints um – von Website über Social Media bis Präsentationen. • Visuelle Assets erstellen: Du designst Social-Media-Grafiken, Thumbnails, Marketingmaterialien, Präsentationen und Web-Assets – nicht nur konzeptionell, sondern hands-on bis zum fertigen Ergebnis. • Web- & Produktdesign: Idealerweise bringst du auch Erfahrung im Webdesign oder Produkt-/UI-Design mit und kannst unsere digitalen Touchpoints visuell auf das nächste Level bringen. • KI-Integration: Gemeinsam mit uns findest du Wege, Bildgenerierung, Asset-Erstellung und Design-Workflows durch KI-Tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E etc.) zu beschleunigen. • Optional – Content für die Lernplattform: Wenn du Lust hast, kannst du KI-Design-Tutorials für unsere Plattform erstellen und zeigen, wie KI-gestütztes Design in der Praxis funktioniert.

• Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web projects, from initial concept through to final implementation. • Develop and drive design strategies that align with business goals and enhance user experience. • Translate strategic briefs into high-fidelity designs within Figma that strictly adhere to our design system and industry best practices. • Create detailed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts. • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and platforms. • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project requirements. • Facilitate design discussions and present design solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design choices. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital products. • Apply and enforce design standards and guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual language. • Manage multiple projects by following priorities set by leadership or project managers, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high design quality. • Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of design assets. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design skills and methodologies. • Identify opportunities for innovation and implement new design approaches to improve user experience. • Conduct thorough testing of design solutions to ensure they meet user needs and project specifications. • Review and validate design implementations to ensure they align with the established design vision and standards. • Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, and design specifications, to support the development process. • Ensure clear and effective communication of design decisions and changes to team members and stakeholders.
