• Read materials and watch videos about UX Design to build knowledge • Complete projects as a way to learn, and also build a portfolio • Learn Design skills such as building wireframes and prototypes, conducting effective interviews with potential customers, using the right language to describe UX principles, communicate with other designers and developers • Continuously communicate with, and keep Everywhere Capital team up to date on progress

• Oversee project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design • Prepare designs keeping in mind client’s needs and budget • Compile project specifications and create detailed site plans, making any necessary corrections • Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations, as well as within budgets and timelines

• Develop layout projects for academic and literary books; • Create covers and bookmarks, oversee the process through final file preparation, making necessary changes noted in virtual proofs with authors; • Finalize files for printing.

• Work cross‑functionally with other teams and disciplines within the company • Contribute to landscape and urban studies • Design and deliver development projects for urban and rural public spaces • Define planting palettes • Carry out heritage impact assessments under UNESCO criteria
