Job Requirements
- Undergraduate studies in progress (from the 3rd semester) in Publishing Production, Design, or related fields.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Trello to manage tasks;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Detail-oriented with high precision and strong organizational abilities;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign (primarily), Photoshop, and Illustrator is required.

Reporting to the Head of Design, the Design Coordinator is responsible for managing clients through the SHA Design & Approvals Process, working with Clients as the primary point of contact, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial briefing through to preparation of construction documentation. In addition, this role will work with the relevant members of the SHA design team & external architect(s) to develop New Concepts & Design Development for launch to market in addition to Concept Design support and detailing for New Clients, translating client briefs into accurate and visually clear concept designs. The position requires strong communication, project coordination skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and the design team.
