• Support the pedagogical design of courses and digital content. • Assist in adapting scripts and materials for different media (video, audio, text, workbooks, interactive resources). • Collaborate in producing supplementary materials, such as mind maps, guides, quizzes, and practical activities. • Explore and apply AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, DALL·E, MidJourney, HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, among others) in scripting, activity design, and generation of support materials. • Work in partnership with mid-level/senior instructional designers, instructors, and the production team. • Ensure that content meets Qualifica’s pedagogical, communication, and innovation quality standards. • Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of courses, processes, and the strategic use of AI in education.
