Project Manager – Architect-Engineer Services

• The Project Manager Professional - Project Manager | Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services shall work to support requirements for Enter GSA SIN and provide support for a variety of A-E services and environmental support projects nationwide • Work may include but not be limited to assignments on a wide variety of Hazardous, Toxic, and Radiological (HTRW) sites in addition to other environmental sites in a manner that complies with federal, state, and local regulations and laws, and within timeframes required • Participate and support project requirements for Environmental Engineering and Architectural Engineering (A-E) Services required including but not limited to: performing environmental studies, designs, and general support of environmental issues under Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Clean Water Act (CWA) and other federal programs • Conducting site investigations and assessments; remedial investigations/feasibility studies; remedial designs feasibility and other engineering studies and reports; preparing Environmental Condition of Property reports; performing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analyses and documentation; conducting archaeological investigations and mitigation biological evaluations and assessments; performing wetlands determinations and mitigation studies; groundwater and other modeling contaminant fate and transport analysis; surveying and mapping; community relations; resource and regulatory agency coordination; construction-phase services (engineering-design during construction, checking shop drawings); preparation of plans and specifications value engineering screenings and studies; sustainability screenings and studies; evaluation of reasonably foreseeable renewable energy sources; pilot studies; performing human health and ecological risk assessments; hazard evaluations field inspections; developing Data Quality Objectives (DQOs); chemical QA/QC; conducting surface/subsurface soil, sediment, and rock sampling/testing subsurface exploration; water sampling/testing; conducting laboratory analyses (water, soil, lead paint, asbestos, etc.); cost estimating and engineering; working on a variety of hazardous waste and other environmental type projects, including radioactive and mixed waste, energy conservation, sustainable remediation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, reuse of recovered materials, underground storage tanks and fueling systems, habitat restoration and mitigation, and sites potentially contaminated with military munitions

Job Requirements

  • Must have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
  • 10+ years experience as a Project Manager or 5+ years with PMP certification
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” (also referred to as an “Employment Authorization”) by the USG’s designated Security Office

This existing vacancy is open to candidates that reside in the United States or Canada. We are seeking an Associate Project Coordinator to join our Managed Services team. The Associate Project Coordinator is responsible for leading and executing implementation projects for VelocityEHS suite of products. Leading our teams of Consultants and Specialists, you will work together to effectively deliver a variety of project types to our clients, including but not limited to implementation of VelocityEHS suite of products, (e.g., Chemical Management services, SDS Authoring services), service-specific projects (e.g., SSO implementation, translation services, etc.), and coordinating Services projects that are high complexity and/or in large quantities. An Associate Project Coordinator should have experience in a customer-facing role within a services organization or department, working directly with clients and internal teams to deliver specific services with specific contractual requirements. This role requires a balanced internal/external customer-focused mindset, keeping all project team members and stakeholders on track with deliverables throughout each project. You must be an effective communicator, solution-oriented, and exceptionally organized. As an Associate Project Coordinator, you must understand the importance of consistent delivery across projects, following processes (and help to improve them), and support our team’s objectives and company goals. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Service Delivery & Coordination - Coordinate day-to-day execution of Chemical Management projects, including scheduling, data collection, and related service deliverables. - Support delivery of both recurring services (ongoing programs) and one-time projects. - Manage multiple service engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, and quality expectations. - Ensure all deliverables meet defined scope, timelines, and quality standards. Project & Workflow Management - Track and maintain project schedules, task progress, and key milestones across assigned accounts. - Coordinate work across internal teams (e.g., Onboarding, Operations, Consultants, SMEs) to ensure timely completion. - Identify risks, delays, or scope gaps and proactively escalate or resolve issues. - Maintain accurate documentation including status updates, action items, and service records. Customer Engagement - Serve as a point of contact for customers on assigned services, ensuring clear and timely communication. - Provide regular status updates and manage expectations on timelines and deliverables. - Ensure alignment of services purchased and ensure that services delivered meet the client's requirements and goals, while adhering to system capabilities and services offered. - Support issue resolution and follow-through on customer questions or concerns. Operational Excellence - Follow established processes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent delivery. - Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and service processes. - Support scalability of services through efficient coordination and Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Assist in tracking service performance metrics and delivery outcomes.
