• Develop Core AI Models: Lead the design and deployment of high-impact machine learning models (e.g., anomaly detection, graph analytics, time-series forecasting) focused on identifying and mitigating financial loss across the organization. • Internal Payment Integrity (PI): Pioneer the technical strategy to build and deploy an in-house pre- and post-payment claims detection engine, combining AI and graph analytics to reduce vendor dependency and improve recovery efforts. • Claims Cost Trend Analysis: Design models to proactively detect emerging claims cost trends and outliers, providing early warnings to the Chief Actuary on potential medical expense inflation. • Revenue Optimization: Develop predictive analytics to advance risk adjustment and data quality initiatives, including encounter analysis and demographic data enrichment. • Strategic R&D: Deconstruct and reverse-engineer external vendor pricing logic and claims edit systems to build scalable, transparent, and superior internal models.

• Proactively identify, qualify and work in partnership with core sales executives in a matrix environment to sell comprehensive AI solutions • Drive AI sales strategies, differentiate Dell and partner offerings • Pursue and close high-value AI deals (>US$2M), maintain a robust pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas • Lead presentations, workshops, and seminars; support field sales with best practices • Coordinate specialty resources, enable Dell and channel partner teams, and expand the buyer base through joint demand generation activities

• Review and hone engaging, accurate, and structured learning content based on validated instructional inputs—no need to generate learning objectives from scratch. • Use a variety of generative AI platforms (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva Magic, etc.) to accelerate content development and iterate rapidly. • Assess the instructional effectiveness of each article in terms of clarity, sequence, engagement, and alignment with broader learning paths. • Identify opportunities to enhance comprehension through purposeful visual elements (e.g., diagrams, data visualizations, infographics), and design or specify visuals that support—not just decorate—the instructional intent of the content. • Intentionally structure content to contribute to a larger learning progression, using scaffolding strategies to build upon prior knowledge. • Create and revise content in HTML, JSON, markdown, or similar structured formats. Ensure that outputs are well-formed and content is properly organized for platform integration. • Participate in internal review cycles and apply both human and AI-driven quality checks to refine content.
