• Collaborate with client business and system stakeholders to understand their business needs and technical requirements • Partner with the Product Owner and Solution Architect to design and implement well-architected Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and comply with clients' enterprise standards • Establish yourself as a trusted and credible Salesforce expert who effectively communicates with technical and non-technical colleagues • Evaluate and recommend best practices in Salesforce architecture, development, and deployment • Advocate for the Salesforce platform's core capabilities and best practices while remaining open to other approaches • Serve as the primary technical lead on projects, guiding development teams and ensuring successful solution delivery • Create and maintain technical documentation • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry best practices • Oversee the adoption and use of a reliable Salesforce DevOps process • Collaborate effectively with professionals from other consultant firms
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Salesforce Certified System and Application Architect certification preferred
- Proven experience in Salesforce development and architecture
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of Apex design patterns and force.com enterprise patterns
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP/PUB-SUB APIs, and third-party applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Salesforce Loyalty Management experience is a plus
