• Lead end-to-end Gen conversion and regeneration programmes • Analyse and deeply understand existing Gen Models, Action Diagrams, Procedures and Data Structures • Work primarily with Mainframe Gen estates (including 3270 block-mode green screens) • Support Distributed (non-mainframe) Gen environments where required • Execute structured conversions using MigrationWorks across its five stages: Discover, Prepare, Extract, Convert, and Adapt • Collaborate closely with client engineering teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and minimal disruption • Troubleshoot complex Gen issues within legacy environments • Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance during modernisation initiatives • Support proposals and technical discussions where deep Gen expertise is required

• Work under a Solutions Architect and assist in the configuration and deployment of solutions utilizing the Atlassian products • Assist in integration and implementation with the use of Atlassian tools • Identify and present appropriate process improvements • Customize and administer Jira or other Atlassian software • Collaborate with team members • Continuously strive to increase knowledge and generously share insights • Design, develop and modify product add-ons and plug-ins based on functional and system requirements • Engage in client requirements gathering, process analysis, deployment, and user acceptance testing • Provide documented guidance and recommendations • Deploy and manage complex implementations in staging and production environments • Assist in and lead the configuration and testing of product implementations • Work independently on small to medium projects and assignments • Communicate openly with Solutions Architect on progress and status, escalating issues and blockers in a timely manner to prevent or mitigate fallout • Some travel is necessary to assist remote clients; most work completed remotely

• Deliver relevant, exciting, and compelling technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars • Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training • Contribute to the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans • Support all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives • Assist sales in the response to RFIs

• Support requirements for Nuclear Energy Sector Clients. • Provide Nuclear Energy Sector related Energy & Environment Solutions for RFQ NNSA TEPS III BPA. • Contribute to client deliverables related to Nuclear Nonproliferation Support Functional Areas. • Support Administration Technical, Engineering, and Programmatic Services activities.
