• Developing a growth strategy for the market; • Driving achievement of local revenue targets; • Establishing and building strong relationships with partners, clients and prospective talent; • Managing local contract negotiation processes; • Identifying areas of business opportunity and growth and leading the grasping and closure of these opportunities; • Increasing Ajua’s exposure and visibility within the Nigeria’s business community; • Driving the marketing and sales of Ajua’s products; • Leading business pitches for new customers and partners; • Defining market opportunity with deep analysis of the market; • Managing P&L that rolls up to the COO’s offices; • Leading top-to-top client relationship development initiatives and facilitating access for other mSurvey business leaders to develop relationships with the clients.
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree or MBA;
- Strong sales and business development acumen with a record of outstanding delivery;
- Experience working in financial services, telecommunication, tech industries;
- Grasp of the use of data within business and Customer Experience concepts;
- Relationship with mobile operators is a plus;
- Excellent influencing and relationship building skills;
- Strong networking skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional project management experience and will have to demonstrate;
- Exposure to a multicultural work environment;
- 10 years or more experience in management in an international business setting;
- At least 10+ years experience in a Commercial management position;
- Significant experience in the finance and marketing fields strongly preferred;
- Fluent in the language of the country;
- Experience living overseas for an extended period of time;
- Exceptionally well organized and driven by success;
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations;
- Outstanding negotiating skills;

• Leads/contributes to the preparation of delegated study documents (e.g. Informed Consent Form, master Clinical Study Agreement etc), and external service provider related documents (specifications, study specific procedures, descriptions, presentations etc.). • Maintains and facilitates interactions with internal functions including but not limited to Enablement, Data Management, Procurement, Regulatory, Patient Safety and Quality Assurance, and external functions including the CROs and other external service providers to ensure an efficient study delivery to time, costs and quality objectives. • Contributes to the planning and conduct of internal and external meetings (e.g. Investigators’/Monitors’ meeting). • Ensures the supply of Investigational product and study materials by liaising with Clinical Supply Chain or external service providers as appropriate. • Proactively contributes to risk and issue identification, development of mitigation and/or action plans for identified risks and issues. • Ensures that all study documents in scope of GSM’s responsibilities are complete and verified for quality in Trial Master File. • Supports GSD/GSAD with budget management, such as external service provider invoice reconciliation. • Adheres to global clinical processes, procedural documents, applicable Quality & Compliance manual documents and international guidelines such as ICH/GCP to ensure study is inspection ready at all times. • Supports GSADs in project management as per agreed delegation. • For outsourced studies, supports GSD/GSAD in management of the CRO Project Manager to ensure study delivery according to agreed timelines, budget and quality standards, while ensuring that the appropriate level of oversight of the CRO is maintained and documented throughout the lifecycle of the study, in accordance with relevant SOPs and guidelines (e.g. description of services and transfer of obligations).
