Business Development Director
Digital Forge
• Recognizing change must happen and making an impact • Building solid relationships that will last long into the future • Prospecting for new opportunities and engaging prospects to expand service offerings • Cold calling and reaching out to IT Decision Makers, Upper Management professionals, and C-Level Executives • Forming new relationships to win new business • Establishing trust, rapport, and credibility with diverse prospects
Job Requirements
- Two (2) years or more experience in a business-to-business sales environment as an outside sales professional is preferred
- Demonstrate a technical, high level, aptitude or background in modern day technology foundations such as Cybersecurity, Compliance, Datacenter Operations, Virtualization, Network Infrastructure, and Cloud/SaaS
- Effectively utilize a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to plan and track sales activities
- Understanding of providing accurate sales forecasting and maintaining a realistic sales pipeline
- Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Experience in selling to C-Level Executives
- Successfully managing a varying schedule and meeting tight deadlines
- Ability to develop multiple tactical alternatives to drive strategic decision-making
- Exceptional written/verbal communications skills and presentation skills
- Strong customer-facing presentation skills
- Solid listening skills and ability to overcome objections
