• Have key responsibilities within the requirements analysis, scalable & low latency streaming platform solution design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of key modules in order to provide real-time data solutions for our product • Write clean scalable code using Go, Typescript / Node.js / Scala / python / SQL and test and deploy applications and systems • Solve our most challenging data problems, in real-time, utilizing optimal data architectures, frameworks, query techniques, sourcing from structured and unstructured data sources. • Be part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, and scalable solutions to clients • Involvement in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoring • Mentor team members through giving and receiving actionable feedback.

• Manage analytics and machine learning projects from kick-off to completion, ensuring their analytic rigor and include actionable results to detect and deter FWA • Guide junior team members in the completion of technical tasks while remaining hands on to analyze claims data and conduct advanced statistical analyses when needed • Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize efficiencies, process improvements, and other business outcomes • Partner with subject matter experts to deliver quality, actionable findings • Present complex analytics and insights in a comprehensible manner to a range of audiences (technical/non-technical) and to various levels of leadership • Identify opportunities for leveraging Medicare and Medicaid data to drive insightful FWA solutions • Advocate for and help implement best practices in data management and analytics to drive continuous improvement • Effectively communicate with team members while working remotely • Perform additional duties as assigned

• Analyze user needs and automate processes • Develop and optimize data models using dimensional modeling techniques • Lead end-to-end development of Power BI solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and business users

• Manage the company’s user acquisition and retention funnels • Develop, implement, track, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms • Own BI and CRM dashboards and measure the success of marketing channels and efforts • Run experiments and iterate on the highest ROI growth strategies • Work closely with a small team and take ownership of important projects from the get-go
