• Investigating debit card disputes (fraud and non-fraud related) • Maintaining the bank's compliance with Regulation E, VISA, NACHA, and AUB's T&C • Completing a thorough investigation and regulatory reports, if warranted • Augmenting current staff due to increased work load and attrition
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of VISA rules/disputes
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, proof reading, and speaking
- Ability to lead projects independently
- Ability to address audiences of varying sizes internally and externally
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment
- Working knowledge of generally accepted business practices for internal communications
- Proficient computer skills relevant to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details
- Flexible, able to adapt to change and comfortable with ambiguity
- Previous debit card fraud experience/understanding
- Previous Reg. E dispute experience.

THE ROLE - The Bids & Client Services Department is the first and most highly visible contributor to the client experience at Sotheby's worldwide headquarters. • Monitor the performance and availability of Mulesoft integrations and APIs. • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the Mulesoft platform. • Collaborate with the development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of integrations. • Implement best practices for monitoring and alerting mechanisms. • Document system configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides. • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, for workaround or defects resolution • Participate in incident management and root cause analysis. • Continuously assess integration platform performance and recommend improvements.
