Cybersecurity Summer Intern
GuidePoint Security
• Work closely with industry-leading subject matter experts to provide first-class cyber security services • Complete in-house training programs while working on projects to enhance security knowledge and skills • Gain experience through hands-on technical development, real-world security response, collaborative project work, team and position shadowing, and partner-led vendor training and certifications
Job Requirements
- Be physically located within the United States during the entire duration of the internship
- Be enrolled full-time in a college or university with an expected graduation in 2026/2027
- Have a basic understanding of information technology, networking, operating systems and security
- Have a genuine passion for information security
- Be motivated and eager to learn new skills
- Have demonstrated efforts toward entering cybersecurity, which may include:
- Obtaining certifications
- Attending trainings
- Pursuing a formal education
- Participating in industry organizations
- Contributing to personal or industry projects
