Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data from various sources. - Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key health performance indicators. - Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with clinical teams to understand data needs and support decision-making. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations. - Support the implementation of data-driven initiatives and quality improvement projects. - Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare analytics.

• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. • Build reporting & monitoring dashboards for stakeholders to manage their daily business process. • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies. • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.

• Modelled commitment to company values and commitment to promoting and developing internal and external knowledge around data collection and reporting best-practices. • Provide project scoping and advice on best-approaches to reporting and data practices. • Is proactive in developing new reporting products or services that are useful to clients working in digital community engagement that are repeatable and scalable across the business. • Driving revenue growth through the creation and adoption of reporting services and products • Working with internal stakeholders to develop reporting services that demonstrate the robustness of Engagement HQ. • Develop high-quality interactive custom reporting dashboards for Engagement HQ clients to enable them to better analyse their community engagement data. • To grow revenue from Engagement HQ Services through custom reporting products.

• Have key responsibilities within the requirements analysis, scalable & low latency streaming platform solution design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of key modules in order to provide real-time data solutions for our product • Write clean scalable code using Go, Typescript / Node.js / Scala / python / SQL and test and deploy applications and systems • Solve our most challenging data problems, in real-time, utilizing optimal data architectures, frameworks, query techniques, sourcing from structured and unstructured data sources. • Be part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, and scalable solutions to clients • Involvement in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoring • Mentor team members through giving and receiving actionable feedback.
