Desktop Engineer – Electron, MacOS

Schoolyear - Safe Exam Workspace

• Design, implement and operate functionality when a user interacts with the platform. • Provide an automagical experience in high-stake exam situations for teachers and students. • Work on diverse challenges from building student-friendly UX to low-level anti-cheat mechanisms using C++. • Make the product work end-to-end.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of desktop development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with C/C++.
  • 2+ years of experience with JS (React/Angular/Vue.js, Node.js).
  • Product thinking, with a clear understanding of the business values.
  • Ability to excel in a constantly changing and rapidly growing workplace.
  • Good written and oral English communication skills.
  • Live in or near CEST (Europe/Amsterdam) zone.
  • Will be a plus: Familiar with Electron.js framework and Chromium.
  • Experience with Objective-C.
