• Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web projects, from initial concept through to final implementation. • Develop and drive design strategies that align with business goals and enhance user experience. • Translate strategic briefs into high-fidelity designs within Figma that strictly adhere to our design system and industry best practices. • Create detailed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts. • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and platforms. • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project requirements. • Facilitate design discussions and present design solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design choices. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital products. • Apply and enforce design standards and guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual language. • Manage multiple projects by following priorities set by leadership or project managers, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high design quality. • Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of design assets. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design skills and methodologies. • Identify opportunities for innovation and implement new design approaches to improve user experience. • Conduct thorough testing of design solutions to ensure they meet user needs and project specifications. • Review and validate design implementations to ensure they align with the established design vision and standards. • Maintain comprehensive design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, and design specifications, to support the development process. • Ensure clear and effective communication of design decisions and changes to team members and stakeholders.

• Create mock-ups and prototypes for new pages • Create a proper design system for our website, making it congruent with different existing designs • Modify the FIGMA files under implementation according to the design system • Support the implementation of new designs interacting with the front-end developers • Ideate improvements to our pages • Analyse user behaviour to design improvements to increase conversion rate and retention

• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team of Software Engineers, Researchers, Strategists, and Marketers • Establish design schedules, ensure final visual design concepts are on-brand, on-budget, and deliver on product strategy goals • Collaborate with peers to ensure designs are conceptually sound • Ensure content strategy and design are aligned • Build cohesive and lightweight design systems • Continuously iterate designs to stay current with mobile trends • Give and receive design critique to help refine and push our work

• Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices, apps, and wearables • Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style and voice through its visual touchpoints • Design user-centered interaction models, wireframes or screen mockups • Design logos, icons, and infographics • Closely collaborate with development and business teams to solve complex issues, like interaction models and data visualization • Create different web platform banners (Adwords, FB ads, IG,...) • HTML5 Create and organize production assets • Resize assets for different devices — tablet, mobile, and web • Source images (stock photos and video footage) • Work with a component library • Work on email marketing items, presentation materials, and interactive event materials
