• Leading Jupe’s entire digital UI/UX ecosystem • Designing, producing, and managing all digital content across web, mobile and social • Collaborating with Head of Product and lead Software Engineers on feature development, product strategy, and user journey mapping • Transforming wireframes into intuitive user interfaces • Working with Webflow - manifesting a super fresh and clean experience • Conducting customer research studies and feedback sessions to inform product design • Testing new designs and beta products with real users for iterative development • Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all Jupe platforms • Owning all digital assets and style guidelines across Jupe • Coordinating with contracted creative professionals such as photographers and CGI artists

• Design software that enables users to handle complex functions in a simple, elegant, and beautiful interface • Leverage data, user research and intuition to craft designs

• Lead user and market research to uncover user needs, validate opportunities, and translate insights into new product ideas • Build a cohesive and scalable user experience vision and roadmap for AI Lab in close collaboration with AI Lab’s product management and engineering teams • Lead a team of strategists and product designers from research to ideation, prototyping, and production-ready designs across releases • Define design principles and interaction patterns for emerging multimodal UX paradigms, including AI-assisted workflows • Integrate with and contribute to our design system — components, patterns, and guidelines that are tailored to AI/ML tooling and can scale across AI Lab • Build strong networks with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to align on design priorities and accelerate learning and change management • Ensure solutions are developed with a strong focus on quality, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI. • Stay current on trends across AI, multimodal data platforms, computer vision, digital surgery, and sensor-enabled intelligence, and incorporate insights into the product design

• Translate business objectives and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; • Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with support from the team; • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights; • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with business objectives; • Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input; • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides in collaboration with the team; • Advocate for accessibility best practices and inclusive design; • Clearly articulate design rationale and facilitate design reviews; • Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices.
