• Ensure development of new software systems. • Create various scripts and tests (unit and integration). • Maintain existing systems by analyzing issues, researching solutions, and proposing improvements. • Create and maintain REST APIs. • Actively participate in sprint planning. • Manage tasks autonomously.

• Translate business objectives and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; • Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with support from the team; • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights; • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with business objectives; • Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input; • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides in collaboration with the team; • Advocate for accessibility best practices and inclusive design; • Clearly articulate design rationale and facilitate design reviews; • Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices.

• Assist in planning, designing, and executing test cases (manual and automated) • Report bugs and track their resolution with the development team • Support requirements analysis and identify test scenarios based on user stories • Document test results and contribute to QA technical documentation • Attend team meetings to support prioritization and definition of acceptance criteria • Perform exploratory and regression testing to ensure application stability • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to promote quality • Stay up to date on tools and trends in software testing
