• Project leadership: Managing assignments and projects in Technical Asset Management in German and English • Strategic planning: Advising our clients on development and investment strategies with a focus on permits, compliance, and costs • Stakeholder management: Collaborating with external facility managers, property managers, and technical service providers such as architects, specialist planners and project controllers to develop dedicated CAPEX & OPEX plans and implement them for our clients • Team & client collaboration: Cross-service cooperation with our Transactions, Management, Sustainability and Infrastructure teams and expanding client and subconsultant relationships • Business development: Further developing the Technical Asset Management services and supporting the development of TA Europe as a leading consulting firm across Europe

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Degree in project or cost management, engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical/economic discipline
  • Professional experience: Several years' experience in asset management or in comparable consulting services within the real estate sector
  • Working style: Ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate them clearly, combined with a hands-on mentality and strong customer- and service-orientation
  • Client & team cooperation: Ability to build and maintain close relationships with clients and colleagues and to enjoy working in an international environment with offices at home and abroad
  • Language skills: Fluent German and English for clear and professional communication of technical content
