• Lead agile teams working on significant digital products, providing real autonomy within a collaborative environment. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, review, daily stand-up, retrospective). • Remove impediments and protect the team from interruptions. • Promote continuous improvement and a culture of feedback. • Support the Product Owner with backlog management practices. • Monitor agile metrics and advise the team’s decision-making. • Serve as an agility reference for stakeholders. • Run workshops and training sessions on agile methods.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Senior Scrum Master in digital product teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and agile principles (Lean, empiricism, etc.).
  • Experience with distributed/remote teams.
  • Facilitation skills, conflict mediation and team coaching capabilities.
  • English for professional communication.
  • Experience with agile metrics (lead time, throughput, CFD, burndown).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of managing multiple Scrum teams. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
