DevOps Engineer
Cube Asia
• Build and manage infrastructure operations, running on Cloud Infrastructure (Amazon Web Services)** • Working closely with data engineer team, software engineer team to align and create a collaborative solution** • Install, configure and manage supporting applications like PostgresQL, Nginx, Airflow, Jenkins or any other necessary apps** • Maintain deployment CI/CD for internal tools and Apps with Ansible** • Enhance monitoring tools across our servers** • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of reliability, scalability, and performance of critical infrastructure** • Research new technologies that will improve efficiency and effectiveness**
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with DevOps, Sysadmin, System Engineer practices, including basic linux understanding, automation, CI/CD, and IAC**
- Familiar with Linux OS, and good system and network troubleshooting skills**
- Experiences with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba)**
- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins)**
- Experience with simple scripting bash, Python, etc.**
- Familiar with commonly used databases technology (MySQL and PostgresQL)**
- Familiar with observability systems such as metrics, logging, tracing, and profiling. Having experience in Prometheus and grafana is a plus point**
- Familiar with data orchestration tools (airflow, airbyte, dbt) and big data services in AWS is a plus point**
- Familiar with container and container orchestration, such as k8s, including related underlying technology is a plus point

• Act as a technical partner to developers—debugging pipelines, build failures, and deployment/configuration issues. • Diagnose CI/CD failures across GitLab, Helm, Kubernetes, and container build systems. • Work closely with engineers across the company to understand pain points and opportunities for tooling enhancements. • Leverage AI tooling to help yourself and other teams be more productive in pipeline development and troubleshooting. • Measure and optimize the performance, reliability, and maintainability of CI/CD pipelines and platform services. • Drive initiatives to reduce waste in the development lifecycle. • Design and evolve Kubernetes-based deployment workflows using GitLab, Helm, and best-practice DevOps patterns. • Own platform and infrastructure components that accelerate development.
