Job Description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative, English and Spanish

Unifin Inc

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment. • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address questions, concerns, and service requests. • Assist customers with payments, renewals, cancellations, and other policy-related needs. • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and service standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years or more Customer Service Experience (BPO setup)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Customer service experience required, insurance industry experience is a plus.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and professional.
  • Ready for full time position and flexible to shifting schedule.
