Customer Service Representative

OneTouch Direct

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide accurate solutions. • Process orders, amendments, and returns efficiently. • Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff when necessary. • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
  • Previous experience in a call center or remote support role is a plus.
  • Required Equipment:**
  • A laptop or desktop computer (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) running Windows 11 or higher
  • Hardwired internet connection (ethernet) required
  • USB headset (not wireless) with noise-canceling features
  • Webcam (external or integrated)
