Job Description

Billing & Order Operations Specialist – Part-time (50%)

• Invoicing & billing • Creation, review, and dispatch of invoices • Maintenance and adjustment of invoice data • Ensuring correct billing cycles • Review of contractual terms and billing bases • Setup and maintenance of subscriptions in the billing system • Responsibility for managing outstanding items/accounts receivable, including coordinating payment reminders • Proactively improving, simplifying, and standardizing billing and invoicing processes

Job Requirements

  • Commercial/Vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in billing, order processing, or finance operations
  • Very structured and conscientious way of working
  • Strong affinity for numbers and high accuracy
  • Confident use of digital tools and systems
  • Strong communication skills when interacting with internal teams
  • Nice to have: Experience with SaaS or subscription models, knowledge of billing, ERP, or CRM systems, understanding of recurring billing
