Senior Partner Strategy & Operations Analyst
Fastly
• Understand the business vision and strategy of our Partner Program • Own the execution of the end-to-end partner lifecycle • Manage discussions and bring everyone together for program initiatives • Serve as the key operational expert and drive alignment across stakeholders • Ensure on-time execution, system scoping, design, and implementation for strategic initiatives • Manage the day-to-day operations side of the program • Serve as the primary SME for the PRM system • Ensure seamless deal registration process and data accuracy • Report on program execution and performance metrics • Define KPIs and implement reporting and dashboards for visibility
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of partner operations experience or sales operations with strong exposure to partner programs
- Problem solving experience in a sales operations or business analyst role
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience
- Strategic mindset
- Analytical rigor
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
