Summary of Position This individual develops recruitment strategies and leads hiring initiatives across the organization to achieve recruitment targets. The Talent Acquisition Manager excels in full-cycle recruiting, possesses strong sourcing skills, and ensures a positive candidate experience. They foster collaborative relationships at all levels and adapt talent acquisition practices and processes to align with the needs of a growing and evolving organization. This role also serves as an active HR generalist contributor, supporting a broad range of people programs and initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
